In an attempt to improve on my mojo skills, i decided to do a short documentary on the effects of rent crisis on college students in Dublin.
New International students face great difficulty n acquiring affordable apartmenst upon their arrival inIreland. The city of Dublin hosts more than five universities with oer 120,000 stuents each year. The colleges who provide halls of residence ae still unable to cater to aa higher populationof the studentsin the coty, thus there is a lare percentage of students living off-campus
This exposes them to the inherent rent crisis in Dublin, some students are left with options of moving to the north or south side of the city, where relatively affordable rents, though scarce can be acquired.
Here’s a video of a student in Griffith college, currently experiencing the rent crisis and she tells how she has been able to handle them.

I can relate to this. I found out that it’s not just the international students who’re in this mess, even some locals.
